100k Walk for Isla Caton - 21st Sept
Hi everyone. On the 21st September I am walking from my friends pub down near Folkestone to the Victoria Tavern Plaistow, its 100k. I am hoping to do this in 24 hours and arrive before the game against Chelsea. I am raising funds for Isla Caton who as most of you know is suffering from Neuroblastoma. The Caton family are good friends of mine so if anyone can spare anything at all by way of a donation, please click on the link below. Thank you.

Cheers everyone for the sponsors, raised over £4,000 in the end and that's been sent out to Nicola in Barcelona.

Cheers branded, I've run marathons and done a 30 mile in full pack in my younger days. But I know this will be a lot harder.

Got a couple of West Ham lads doing it with me now, a Pro boxing coach and Pro boxer, so they should hopefully get me through it.

Thanks everyone for sponsor I should hopefully be enjoying a pint before the Chelsea game if anyone wants to join me. I'll be the one in the corner unable to stand

Re: 100k Walk for Isla Caton - 21st Sept
Brilliant.

I did 100 k round the Isle of Wight earlier in the tear
I recommend 3 things

1. The most comfy pair of shoes you can wear. I used uktra marathon trainers.
2. You'll need some Ibuprofen no matter how hard you think you are.
3. Live life in the moment at all times. When you've walked the equivalent of a marsthon you have 40 miles to go. You cant think about these things. Just enjoy each monent.
